Driver requirements and rental period
Drivers must be at least 21 years old with at least 2 years of driving experience. The minimum rental period is 1 day. Mileage is unlimited.
Rental terms, clearly explained
Documents and payment
Original passport and driving licence are required to sign the rental agreement. Payment is made when the agreement is signed.
Where you may drive
Travel is permitted throughout Georgia except Abkhazia and South Ossetia. Vehicles may be driven only on paved roads.
Pick-up time and location
Cars can be collected at our office from 09:00 to 20:00. Delivery to another location is available for an additional fee; the address and time must be agreed with our manager in advance.
How to book
Choose a car and dates, then contact our manager. Send photos of your documents directly to the manager for verification, which takes 10–15 minutes. Do not upload document photos to the AI chat. The manager confirms vehicle availability and your booking.
A clean car and a full tank
You receive a clean car with a full tank. Return it in the same condition: clean and fully fuelled. If you do not have time to wash or refuel it, we can do this for you for an additional charge.
Delivery and return
We can deliver the car to your chosen address. Standard return is at our parking area. If you cannot bring it back, we can collect it for an additional fee. Please arrange the details in advance.
Insurance and restrictions
The vehicle body is covered by CASCO-type insurance. Off-road driving is not covered. Driving is permitted only on paved roads. Confirm the deposit, excess and full coverage terms before signing the agreement.
What to do after an accident
Do not leave the accident scene. You must wait for the insurance representative and the police and notify our manager. If there is immediate danger, prioritise safety and call the emergency services.
Return inspection and fines
When the car is returned, we check for unpaid fines and inspect the tyres and interior. Any outstanding fines must be paid by the customer on the spot at return.
